Welcome! I look forward to partnering with students and families for a successful year. High expectations, respect, perseverance, and integrity are the foundation of our classroom.
This accelerated course covers Common Core Math 2 and the first half of Common Core Math 3, including integers and rational numbers, linear expressions, equations and inequalities, proportional relationships, geometry, probability and statistics, functions, congruence, similarity, and patterns of association.

• Come prepared with materials.
• Participate actively and ask questions.
• Respect others and use appropriate language.
• Cell phones and electronics must be off and away unless instructed.
Warm-up, notes, Homework Review, guided practice, independent/group work and reflection.
Practice is assigned regularly. Complete work on time, show all work, correct mistakes, and keep organized records. After the homework is corrected in class, students must post their homework on Google Classroom before 11:59 pm. Show your work clearly and neatly.
Check Google Classroom/Aeries for assignments after absences.
Extra Credit: There will be no extra credit assignments. However, Extra credit is up to my discretion.

Grades follow FUSD grading practices.
Cheating or plagiarism is not permitted. Students receiving assistance must produce their own work. Academic dishonesty may result in no credit and parent/administration notification.
Students are responsible for making up missed notes, assignments, and assessments after excused absences.
