Mr. Seipert trivia

I was born in Hayward, California.

I attended Brookvale Elementary, Thornton Jr. High, and America High Schools here in Fremont.

I am an Eagle Scout.

I played in a rock band called Arctic Summer in high school.

I lived in Austria for two years.

I studied in Germany.

I speak German and have an elementary knowledge of Spanish.

One of my life dreams is to speak French and Italian.

I have been married since 2004.

My wife and I have two children.

I earned a BA from San Diego State University in International Business in 2004.

After working in importing/exporting for a couple of years I decided to become a teacher.

I earned a credential in social sciences from Sonoma State University in 2007.

I am currently authorized by the state of California to teach German, business (including computers), and social science. I also hold a multiple subject credential.

I earned an MA in History in 2013.

I tutor AP World History, AP US History, AP Government, AP European History, and AP Economics.

I climbed Mt. Whitney in September 2017 with my brothers.

I love being a teacher.

I would like to work for the State Department when I retire from teaching.
