Greetings Eagle Families!
We are excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online registration for American High School Athletics through Arbiter Registration. Arbiter Registration is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through Arbiter Registration, the system keeps track of your information in your Arbiter Registration profile. The best thing is that you will enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs, so you will only have to remember your login information to be able to resubmit for each season and/or year.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
In order to upload your physical, please make sure you have a clear, legible copy from your doctor (M.D. or D.O. only) including the office stamp, doctor signature, and date. The physical must be within the last calendar year for it to be valid. You can find the Physical Forms on the Arbiter Registration page, and I will also include a copy at the bottom of this page.
Even if you have already completed the paperwork process for a sport previously, you will need to register for the sport you wish to play on Arbiter Registration each season.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link:

Follow these steps:
To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.
Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.
Create your secure Arbiter Registration account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the Arbiter Registration Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to Arbitersports.com
Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
Review your registration summary.
Click the green Submit button. After selecting ‘Submit’, the online registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email from Arbiter Registration confirming your registration.
In order to complete the registration process, you will need to ensure that you received an email from Arbiter Registration stating that you have been approved for tryouts. If you have not been approved, you will not be allowed to try out.
If you want to make an online donation, please visit our AHS Eagle Outfitters website here. Otherwise, if you have a donation check, you can bring it in to P-7 during the school year.
Please do NOT register for two different sports - you will not be cleared to try out if you do. You may only try out for one sport per season.
At any time, you may login at www.arbitersports.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).
To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.

NOTE: PHYSICAL EXAM FORMS POLICY Physicals are NOT SAVED from year to year, so you will need to submit evidence or copy of a physical each new school year. Athletic physicals are good for 1 calendar year from the date received. Before submitting, check to be sure you have the doctor’s STAMP, SIGNATURE & CURRENT EXAM DATE (must be for the current school year) on the form. The old Athletic Clearance Form is no longer available on the website and will not be accepted.
The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form can be found on the top of the Arbiter Registration page for Sports Registrations, where there is a section for Links. Under that, you will want to print out the form. They are also linked below
