The first official day of Spring Sports will be Monday, January 28th, 2019.

Submit your information on FamilyID by Friday, January 25th, 2019 and bring your physical exam (if you did not upload it on FamilyID)/pick up your Athletic Clearance sheet to take to tryouts from Mr. Peffer or Mr. Hashimoto in Office B after school if they are in there. There are no papers to submit unless you did not upload your physical exam.

***The clearance sheet is your confirmation that you may try out. We will begin distributing them after school in Office B on Monday, January 14th, 2019.****

You can find the directions on how to complete this process by following the posting called "Athletic Registration: FamilyID."

You will not be allowed to tryout or practice without picking up your clearance sheet. Any paperwork turned in on the first official day of your sport is not be guaranteed to be cleared in time for practice that day.

Note to multi-sport athletes: If you are currently playing a sport, you will need to finish your season with that sport before trying out for the next sport. All you will need to do is pick up your clearance sheet.

  • Online registration at FamilyID must be submitted first
  • You must have the doctor stamp, sign & date a CURRENT physical examination form from an M.D. or a D.O.
  • You will not be allowed to participate in any tryouts and/or practices until you have complete and cleared paperwork.

You can find the spreadsheet with all of the tryout dates and times for spring sports below.

Please direct all questions regarding tryouts to the coach directly. If it is a paperwork issue, please contact one of the Athletic Directors.

Thank you.
