There are resources for middle school and high school students, mental health provider information, and general community resources. TERROS – 877-756-4090 – Crisis mobile unit. Will respond to anyone in the Flagstaff area (some areas in the county as well) who are feeling suicidal.
Flagstaff Medical Center Behavioral Health/Emergency Room (FMC BH) – 779-3366. Anyone who is in a psychiatric crisis can go to the FMC emergency room for evaluation. Any adult with AHCCCS in crisis will be referred to TGC. Non-AHCCCS adults needing to be assessed for a psychiatric crisis will be managed by FMC for placement. The adolescent unit at FMC is currently closed for remodeling. Adolescents needing assessment for a psychiatric crisis will be managed by FMC BH staff in the ER.
The Guidance Center (TGC) – 527-1899 – Crisis response by calling the main line and connecting to their crisis person on duty. Any adult patient who has AHCCCS and and in need of assessment for a psychiatric crisis will be managed at TGC. Non-AHCCCS patients need to go to the FMC ER.
Child and Family Support Services (CFSS) - 928-266-6244 - 24/7 Crisis Line CFSS is working with their enrolled clients as scheduled and as needed. Enrolled clients in crisis need to call the CFSS crisis line and will be managed by the CFSS team.
Southwest Behavioral Health – 779-4550 – Currently open with a protocol to manage the Covid 19 situation. They do not provide any crisis support. They are taking patients for individual counseling and medication management for psychiatric care.

Flagstaff Family Food Center – 526-2211 – 2 locations.
1. Tuesday through Saturday - 9am -1 pm – 3805 E. Huntington Dr. – emergency food boxes.
2. 7 days a week – 1903 N. 2nd St. – Sack lunch from 10am-2pm and a hot meal every day from 4pm - 530pm.
Salvation Army – 774-1403 – 507 N. Humphreys St., Flagstaff,
The Food bank is open Monday through Thursday – 9am to Noon and 1pm – 5pm
Flagstaff Shelter Services – 928-225-2533 - 4185 E. Huntington Dr.
Shelter for men and women only. Day Resource Center from 9am – 2pm. The Shelter is still open for overnight shelter. Families can inquire here about housing opportunities.
Sunshine Rescue Mission – 774-3512 – 124 S. San Francisco St. Flagstaff.
Shelter for men only. There is limited space here at this time. Intake is between 4 and 7 pm.
Hope Cottage – 774-9270 – 2211 E. Johnson Ave. Flagstaff
Shelter for women and children only. This shelter is full at this time, no anticipated openings before April 15th. Intake time is between 4 and 6pm.
Catholic Charities – 774-9125 - 2101 N. 4th St, Flagstaff.
This agency serves women, men, families and Veterans. The office is closed however; they are scheduling intakes by phone. Their services include Emergency and transitional housing, Homeless Outreach and Veterans Services. Call for an intake.
