The Falls... a perspective from Argentina
With over 65,000 hectares, Iguazú National Park is named after the river that forms its northern boundary, between the Argentine province of Misiones and Brazil. There, framed by the lush subtropical rainforest, lie the majestic Iguazú Falls, which, with more than 275 cascades, are the most powerful in the world. Various walkways take visitors deep into the heart of the falls, allowing for views from different angles. The lower circuit is ideal for feeling part of nature and refreshing oneself with the mist from the falls. In contrast, the upper circuit leads to different viewpoints, including the balcony of the legendary Devil's Throat, the largest waterfall, where water plunges from over 80 meters in height, always accompanied by the curious swallows, the park's characteristic bird.
