Biking is the healthiest way to explore Buenos Aires, enjoying a memorable experience in our city. The route mostly follows bike lanes and green spaces, avoiding traffic whenever possible and without stress. We visit Puerto Madero, the Puente de la Mujer, Costanera Sur, and the Ecological Reserve, where we’ll stop to enjoy a picnic before continuing on to Retiro, Recoleta, and Palermo with its parks and gardens.

Chef, culinary instructor, gastronomic entrepreneur, media communicator, and judge at culinary festivals and competitions in Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Australia. In the mid-1990s, Dolli ventured into television and established herself as one of the most respected and authoritative communicators in culinary matters, with followers throughout the continent. She has presided over the prestigious Bocuse d’Or on two occasions.
Dolli was named a member of the Culinary Academy of France for her ongoing contributions to Argentine culinary art, is the culinary consultant for the Latin American cable channel elGourmet.com, and is also the owner of Espacio Dolli, a creative space located in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, where she works with her team of young chefs to develop new proposals.
In this experience, Dolli welcomes you into her space to participate in a cooking class and lunch, where you will cook one of the dishes with her.

Ayma Ponchos experience
Ayma is an Argentine luxury house that specializes in creating unique handwoven textiles and artisanal perfumes made from unprecedented plants in perfumery. In its historic workshop from 1894, ponchos and timeless products are crafted, transforming the finest noble materials from Argentina into the authentic luxury of the southern world.
Ayma was born from the desire to highlight Argentine design. It stems from 20 years of work dedicated to rescuing ancestral crafts as well as a meticulous search for exquisite native materials. Its most significant milestone is the recovery of the textile factory Maison Borel, which has been transformed into the oldest weaving workshop in the Americas and continues to operate today using 19th-century techniques. Its looms and history are part of old Buenos Aires.
Founded by Swiss and French immigrants 125 years ago, it became an iconic factory during the porteña Belle Époque, serving as an undeniable tribute to Argentine culture.

In the heart of the pampas, just 120 km from Buenos Aires, La Bamba de Areco is an estancia from the early 19th century that exudes character. The colonial-style buildings are infused with the spirit of the gaucho. The dark red facades of the main house and stables, the vast wooded park, and the warmth and friendliness of the service create the unique magic of this place.
The day in the countryside begins with arrival and welcome at La Pulpería, along with a bit of history and empanadas. Before or after the asado, a horseback ride can be arranged. You will enjoy a traditional asado with Argentine wine, salads, and dessert. In the afternoon, it’s time for tea. La Bamba de Areco is a journey through Argentine culture in itself.

Polo day
The day begins with a talk about polo horses: how they are chosen, the bloodlines, how they are cared for, fed, and trained, and what preparation is needed for polo. Along with the explanation, there will be exquisite empanadas and a good Argentine wine.
Later, the main event: a live professional polo match consisting of 4 chukkers, with more than 30 horses. You will learn the fundamentals of the game, its rules, and techniques. For lunch, enjoy an unforgettable asado with a selection of offals and beef, accompanied by wine.
After a break, those who wish can take a polo lesson: they will learn to ride, handle the mallet, and aim for the ball, and end the day with a small polo match that will make them feel like true players. No prior horse riding experience or polo knowledge is necessary. Equipment and instruction are provided for all levels.
