OUR PARTNERS
We’ve partnered with Big Steps Pediatric Therapy to provide timely evaluations and services.
Speech and Language Services support children and adolescents with challenges in speech, language comprehension, expression, social communication, and feeding/swallowing. Licensed speech-language pathologists conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools and caregiver input to identify delays or disorders. Based on results, individualized therapy plans are created to promote functional communication and support success at home, school, and in social settings.
Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children develop essential skills for daily living, learning, and social interaction. Licensed occupational therapists assess fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and emotional regulation. Evaluations guide the development of customized intervention plans to build independence and improve coordination. Services are provided in clinics, homes, and schools, tailored to each child’s needs.
We have partnered with the Idaho Department of Labor to offer you free access to The Big Interview.
The Big Interview is an online training system designed to help individuals improve their job interview skills through a combination of video tutorials, mock interview practice, and coaching tools. The program is widely used by schools, workforce agencies, and rehabilitation services to prepare job seekers, including those with disabilities, for successful employment.
During your time in our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs, we integrate employment training and support into your treatment. Our staff will help you identify relevant job training, recruitment events, and other employment resources. With hands-on guidance from our team, you’ll receive active support in attending events and building the skills needed to secure meaningful employment.
We have partnered with the Idaho Launch to help you secure funding to help pay for training, a certificate, or college.
Idaho LAUNCH for Adults offers a comprehensive package of resources to support individuals seeking career training and employment. Participants can receive training grants that cover up to 80% of tuition and fees, with a maximum benefit of $8,000, available for both short- and long-term programs as a one-time opportunity. The program also includes career planning tools such as Skill Sync, which matches a person’s existing skills to high-demand occupations and recommends relevant training based on labor market data. An online hub allows users to explore approved training programs by industry or region and access workforce insights. Approved training is offered through institutions like College of Western Idaho and North Idaho College, with participants working directly with career planners to apply for tuition vouchers. The program focuses on non-baccalaureate training for in-demand careers in fields such as healthcare, construction, transportation, and technology. Eligibility and prioritization are guided by labor market needs, and participants are held accountable for program completion—those who drop out, transfer to unapproved programs, or relocate out of state may be required to repay funds, unless employed in a qualifying job and able to provide two months of pay stubs. Additional support includes access to career planners, webinars, regional training directories, and skill development resources.
