Full Spectrum Psychology is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. Through a foundation of integrity, respect, and personalized support, we strive to empower children, youth, and adults to reach their fullest potential. Our Pocatello location focuses on comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services for children and youth with disabilities and those at risk, specializing in autism spectrum interventions and programs that promote social skills, behavioral growth, and community integration. In Idaho Falls, we are committed to supporting adults on their journey of recovery by offering a continuum of care for addiction treatment, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), case management, and community-based rehabilitative services.

Dr. Aaron Harris is a licensed clinical psychologist and proud military veteran with a deep commitment to serving adults facing significant life challenges. With a specialized focus in addiction, trauma, and mental health, Dr. Harris brings both professional expertise and personal passion to his work with individuals at risk. His clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by a profound understanding of resilience, recovery, and the complexities of the human experience. Dr. Harris is dedicated to helping clients regain control of their lives, build meaningful connections, and achieve long-term wellness through compassionate, person-centered care.

Kevin Bayerlein M.A.

PHP Coordinator & Owner

Kevin is a seasoned leader in the field of behavioral health with over 20 years of experience developing and managing adult Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) across multiple states. He has dedicated his career to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, with a strong focus on addiction treatment and rebuilding healthy family relationships through comprehensive wraparound services.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University (2008) and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado (2014). As a Certified Addiction Counselor (Colorado), Kevin combines clinical knowledge with strategic leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. His passion for recovery and systems-level improvement continues to shape effective, compassionate programming for adults navigating the complexities of substance use and mental health challenges.
