FOCUS- Families OverComing Under Stress
Did you know that Families OverComing Under Stress (FOCUS) is available at a distance? FOCUS Camp Pendleton would like you to know that while we may not be physically in the office, we are still here for you! We can provide our same quality services from a distance through TeleFOCUS – all you need is to have access to a computer with a webcam! FOCUS provides consultations and personalized training for individuals, families, and couples, teaching practical skills to help the Camp Pendleton community feel prepared to meet the challenges of military life such as transitions, injury and stress, including stress and uncertainty associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Let us support your family or relationship during challenging times through our free, confidential and interactive program. See our flyer for more details or reach out to us at CampPendleton@focusproject.org! We cannot wait to hear from you!
