The CSforAll in NJ is at a critical inflection point. A solid foundation has been built with the Governor's CS Action plan, the adoption of the K-12 CS Standards, the development of the CS Hubs and much more. With the implementation of the standards starting in September 2022, the focus shifts to making sure the schools and teachers are ready to provide quality and equitable computer science for all students. How can we make this happen and what resources are available?
Dr. Andrew B. Torres
With the growing demands of computer science for all, there will undoubtedly be challenges that we must come together to face as a community. This keynote session will focus on what those challenges will look like and strategies that can help to support our educators. Overall, this session aims to provide a critical look at the needs that will arise as the world of computer science expands for diverse futures and what we can do to address them.
