A solid foundation has been built with the Governor's CS Action plan, the adoption of the K-12 CS Standards, the development of the CS Hubs and much more. With the implementation of the standards starting in September 2022, the focus shifts to making sure the schools and teachers are ready to provide quality and equitable computer science for all students. How can we make this happen and what resources are available?

Developing the Next Generation of Cybersecurity Professionals

Michael Geraghty, NJCCIC

Michael Geraghty is the State of New Jersey’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Director of the New Jersey Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell (NJCCIC). In these roles, Director Geraghty is responsible for the development and execution of the State’s cybersecurity strategy.
