Beginning the search for the right college or university may seem intimidating, but you've come to the right place! Earning a college degree can open the door to better job opportunities and higher salaries later in life. Ultimately, it's up to you to determine what aspects of a college/university are most important to you upon applying, but here are the most common factors to consider:
Location, Available Majors/Programs, Cost, Size, and Athletics/Extracurriculars.
Each student will utilize different resources they find helpful to explore for colleges and universities. It's recommended that you begin with a college search on your Naviance Student account and start a "Colleges I'm Thinking About" list. If applying to a college through the Common App, create an account & you will be able to link it to your Naviance Student account. Common App is "a place for you to learn about the college admissions process, understand how to plan and apply to college, and discover all that different colleges have to offer." via commonapp.org
Finding the right college or career school might not seem like an easy pick. 🍎
