Community Health Metrics

What are Community Health Metrics?

Frontier Regional/Union#38 School Districts’ COVID-19 Indicators provide specific data points to assess the likelihood of community transmission and elevated risk to our school community. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and MA DPH, there is no one threshold or metric that indicates a school or district should suspend in-person learning. Community and district level variables must be considered in combination to inform decision making. Therefore, FRSU38 Health Monitoring Indicators are intended to serve as guidelines for making decisions as to when to move to remote or in-person learning models. FRSU38 District Dashboard will provide daily count numbers and weekly updates for the indicators outlined below.
