Transcript Requests

If you are a current Frontier Regional student and need a copy of your transcript, please come to the Guidance Office or email your School Counselor. 

Ms. Lapinski can provide hard copies of unofficial and official transcripts. 

Your counselor can provide electronic copies of your transcript. If you are applying to a private school, scholarship, or other program that has an electronic portal, enter your counselor's information, not Ms. Lapinski's or the Principal's.

Note for Seniors: You do not need to request a final transcript for your chosen college. Your counselor will upload your final transcript through Common App or send a transcript directly to the college after graduation. 

If you are a Frontier graduate, please email your transcript request to Mary Lapinski at mary.lapinski@frsu38.org 

Please include: 

• Your name (if your name has changed since graduation, please include both your current legal name and your name at the time of graduation)

• Year of graduation 

• Type of transcript requested -  Unofficial or Official

• Address transcript is to be sent to (Official Transcripts only)

Unofficial Transcripts can be emailed. Official Transcripts must be mailed in a sealed envelope to the person or agency requesting the transcript.
