Business Law is a course made to introduce students into the study of law that effect business and personal business situations. Students will learn about employment law rights from the eyes of employees as well as employers. They will be introduced to the main differences between what is a criminal law or a civil law issue. Finally, we will focus on business and personal contracts, how to break a contract down, contract issues and more. Get the class outline to the left.
Remote Students are scheduled as Hybrid B students and should be attending live stream classes on Tuesday and Fridays during their scheduled class times.
As of Tuesday October 13th, Wednesdays will be used for live streaming make-up time, assistance time and any questions for electives from 1-2pm.

Come to class prepared with tech needs, pen, notebook or other assigned work
All class work emailed to jgordon@frontiercsd.org by end of week assigned
NO food or drink in classes this year
Quizzes or tests made up within 3 days if missed
Cell Phones or other technology used for class purposes only
Exam is given to students in 5 parts
4 parts taken at the end of each quarter covering the material for quarter
Same format for each part, taken in class. Combination of multiple choice, true false and short answer
Part 5 is either a project or class mock trial
20 points available for each part
