I earned my bachelor's degree from California State University, Chico and worked in the creative field for many years until I became a stay at home mom.

I started my own small art business and love to paint in my spare time! Art is something I'm very passionate about and I believe a lot of learning is done through art, especially at this young age. Nearly my entire family teaches, so working in a classroom has always been a dream of mine! I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be the Art Docent for two years in our boys' Kindergarten classes. I also completed weekly in-classroom volunteer hours surrounding reading readiness at the first and second grade levels for two years, which I absolutely loved. This will be my second year with Pre-K at Sonntag!

I could not be happier to be where I am at Sonntag! I am just so excited to see what we will learn together this year in Pre-K! I can't wait to meet your little ones!
