Ms. Grant

Hi! My name is Alyssa Grant! :)

I'm excited to be teaching 4th grade Reading, Writing, and Social Studies this year at Smith! I graduated from BYU (GO COUGARS!) with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a minor in TESOL! I am also a Smith Elementary alum! I grew up in Frisco ISD and have so much faith in the legacy that Frisco ISD offers. I am entering my 4th year of teaching and I am so excited to call Smith home! 

I believe learning can be fun and is a source of opportunity, growth and joy in life! My goal as an educator is to help students learn to LOVE learning!

I love the color Yellow, Koalas and Chickens! I love to be outside, exercise and go on adventures with my family and boyfriend! I love live music and singing! I am excited to learn and grow this year with you!
