In clinic while at school, we can do an eye wash, rinse the face, blow nose and apply a cold compress to alleviate some of the symptoms.
What you can do at home: Monitor Daily Pollen count on pollen.com & treat with over the counter allergy medication if necessary.
Benadryl can be kept in the clinic with a parent request form but all other OTC allergy medication needs to be given at home or have a doctor’s note to be administered at school.
