The Standard Supplies in Clinic Include:

· Ice packs

· Heat pads

· Bactine

· Band-aids

· Cortisone Cream

· Benadryl Cream

· Burn ointment

· Eye wash

· Lubricant eye drops

· Vaseline / Aquaphor / Hand Lotion

· Hydrogen Peroxide

· Alcohol swabs

· Salt (Salt water gargle)

· Saltine Crackers

· Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in Cafeteria

· Epi-Pens or epinephrine (used to treat severe allergic reactions in Clinic

· Emergency first aid kids including tourniquets in hallways

· A student seen by the nurse in clinic should have a Nurse Pass provided by the teacher that will be returned for parent review.

· Not every visit to clinic requires a phone call to the parent or guardian.

· Every visit is electronically documented with a reason for the visit, a treatment plan and outcome.
