Cross country season is right around the corner! Signups will be posted in the girls and boys athletic hallways on TBA. In order to be able to participate in cross country, you must:

• Be a 7th or 8th grade student 

• Complete all required paperwork: 

• •    Physical/Medical History: Both sides of this form must be dated after May 1, 2025.  

• • • The physical side must be signed by a doctor.  The medical history side must be signed by the student and parent.  

• • • Make sure the form you are using has ‘2024’ printed on the top right-hand corner.  

• • • Upload medical history/physical forms to Rank One. 

• • Rank One Online Forms: You do not need to print anything, it will all be electronically submitted.

• • COMING SOON:  Complete the acknowledgment form after reviewing this COMING SOON.  You do not need to print anything for this.
