Cross country season is right around the corner! Signups are now posted on the girls and boys athletic hallways. In order to be able to participate in cross country, you and your parent must:

• Complete all required paperwork: 

• •    Physical/Medical History: Both sides of this form must be dated after May 1, 2025.  

• • • The physical side must be signed by a doctor.  The medical history side must be signed by the student and parent.  

• • • Make sure the form you are using has ‘2024’ printed on the top right-hand corner.  

• • • Upload medical history/physical forms to Rank One. 

• • Rank One Online Forms: You do not need to print anything, it will all be electronically submitted.

• • Review the Gator Athletic Contract  and submit the Griffin Athletic Contract Acknowledgement Form

The first day of practice is October 23rd. Cross Country like all Griffin sports is only for 7th and 8th grade students.
