Once drywall is installed, it covers and conceals many of the components important for the functionality and comfortability of a home. A pre-drywall inspection is a last chance look at these components before they're covered up for years to come.
Why get a pre-drywall inspection?
Pre-Drywall inspections are invaluable. Your paying for a brand new home. Brand new doesn't mean perfect. Make sure it's done right the first time. No one wants to make a major repair one year after building their dream home.
What will be inspected in a Pre-drywall inspection?
Everything! From the foundation to the shingles. If it is visible, it will be thoroughly inspected! This includes, foundations, slab, crawlspace, framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and everything in between!
Don't spend the money on a new construction without the assurance of a Pre-drywall inspection!
