Zack is a licensed home inspector in the state of North Carolina. He is both a Certified NC Home Inspector through Inspector Nation and a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI.

Family & Values

Zack is deeply committed to his family and takes great pride in being a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Caitlin—middle school sweethearts—have been married since 2012. Together, they are raising their two daughters, Claudia and Eloise. Spending quality time with family is at the center of Zack’s life, and it’s this same dedication and care that he brings to every home inspection.

Career Background

Zack’s career has always been centered around serving others. He spent six years in the United States Army National Guard, followed by seven years as a police officer in Winston-Salem. After his time in law enforcement, Zack transitioned into the construction industry, where he owned and operated a company specializing in home maintenance and repair. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and where issues commonly arise.

Seeking a career that combined his passion for helping people with a safer and more family-oriented schedule, Zack found his calling in home inspection. Today, he uses his diverse background to help clients make informed decisions and feel confident in one of the most important investments of their lives.
