Mold occurs naturally and is a much needed living organism that breaks down dead materials in nature. The problem comes when mold begins to break down your home or business and create a health hazard for everyone inside. 

Mold not only destroys the construction materials of a building but can release toxic airborne spores.  These spores can negatively affect an otherwise healthy person and if you or someone else within the building is immunocompromised (i,e, pregnant, cancer, elderly, etc.) , these spores can very seriously affect their health. 

Mold can stay hidden and out of site for a very long time. In many cases is takes a professional mold assessment in order to uncover this hidden health hazard.

We offer a Full Home Mold Assessment which is an in depth search for mold and mold conducive conditions. On the other hand we also offer a Limited Mold Test which is a more budget friendly option that may be appropriate in certain scenarios.
