Wondering how to find your report cards?

1. Log in to Genesis using the Parent Portal

2. Locate the Grading tab

3. Click Available Reports

Your parents need to sign in to the Genesis Parent Portal with their credentials. Once they have logged in, click on the "Forms" tab. Forms that are required to  be signed off on are marked as "Required for access". Click on the form name to open and sign off on it.

PaySchools is located on the FRHSD website, at the bottom of the district and school pages under "Parents & Students". 

There are 3 places to look to find your missing work on Google Classroom. 

1. For a Quick view, look at the class card on the dashboard. Here you will be able to see up to 3 assignments that are due in the upcoming week. Click the "Your work" icon to see any work that is late or missing for that class.

2. To see work for all classes click the "To Do" icon in the top left of the dashboard. Use the dropdown menu to filter for each class and select "Missing" to see work that you didn't turn in.

3. You can also go into the Classwork tab in any of your classes and click "View Your Work" to find missing or late work.

• In your Google Drive, click on the "Classroom" folder and then the folder for the specific class you are looking for. All of the assignments that you have completed are located there. OR

• Within a specific Classroom, click on the folder icon in the "card" on the homepage or on the "Classwork" tab, click on the folder icon at the top of the page.

To access the databases for your school please go to frhsd.com  Select your school and click the "Media Center" tab.

If you are a resident of Freehold Boro  you will have access to  the Freehold Public Library Resources.

If you are a resident of Colts Neck, Englishtown, Farmingdale, Freehold Township, Howell, Manalapan, and  Marlboro you will have access to the  Monmouth County library Resources. Select the one that applies to you.

You will need to  retrieve your library card number and pin from Genesis.

Return to the Media Center Resources page and select either Freehold Public Library Resources or Monmouth County library Resources select the database you would like to use and login with your library card and pin. You may also scroll to find your school to see what is available to you in addition to the public library resources.

• On the FRHSD.com homepage, there is a tab for Calendar.

• Within the Genesis Parent Portal, click on the "School Information" tab.

• The school calendar can also be added to your Google Calendar by following these steps:

  1. Click the + next to “Other calendars”

  2. Click “Subscribe to a calendar” and copy and paste frhsd.com_p9maggor57hckdq1lm6ktcn7gg@group.calendar.google.com
