TURBO has a library of LockScreens that rotate daily to offer an alternative to the standard ones. This is normally the "out of the box" functionality, and gives to the IT personnel an immediate feedback that the system is working properly.
In case of necessity the standard running LockScreen can be overridden by the TURBO team. This is normally done as temporary state, and is intended to be removed immediately after the scope is accomplished.
Each location of TURBO can support its favorite default LockScreen: this is normally a corporate choice. The local IT is given total freedom in using this option, and in the past the technique has been leveraged to offer a quick and elegant communication strategy with the system users.
A given location of TURBO can control one precise LockScreen on each specific computer, as for example for clients that need to be immediately recognized. This can be the case for example of "public kiosks" in the company that need to bear something different than the standard corporate LockScreen. Additionally it can be used for recognizing specific servers immediately
If for any reason one location needs to push out one specific LockScreen on all computer, for example as a temporary communication to the entire staff, this overrides all computer specific LockScreens that might have been defined. Once it is removed the previous functionality is restored.
This option is normally not used, as it is designed for allowing TURBO team to override all the others, as for example it could happen in some emergency situation
