All current juniors will be scheduled to take the ASVAB during the 2025-2026 school year. The ASVAB is the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. High schoolers benefit from taking the ASVAB because it serves as a comprehensive career aptitude test that helps highlight the strengths and weaknesses of students. The test also helps students identify potential careers that build off of the student's identified strengths.
**Students may choose to opt out of the aptitude test. In order to opt out for any of the ASVAB tests, a completed ASVAB Opt Out Form must be turned in to Dustin Hylton in Student Services by September 30th, 2025.**
