Work Hard

This is your time to show your commitment and dedication to your education.  Expect to make mistakes, and expect to learn from them. This is your opportunity to work through challenges, be involved, and give your best effort. I'll be here every step of the way to help you as long as you put in the work, ask questions, and never, ever give up!

Show Respect

We show respect in a variety of ways here at Reutter. I am here to support you, teach you, and believe in you, but you must keep yourself accountable, as well. You are the only person responsible for handing in your work, studying, and respecting others. Come to class prepared, do your work, and study hard. Good things will happen if you do! 

Be Honest

Have the strength to admit your mistakes.

 I value an honest student. We all have our off days and make blunders from time to time. Admit your error, move on, and don't dwell on the past. Better days are ahead.

Have the courage to admit you don't know. 

We all need help from time to time - no one knows everything (even teachers!). Be honest with yourself and ask for help! That's what I'm here for.

Learn from your failures. 

This is the biggest lesson I could teach you. If you continue to make the same mistake, then it's not a mistake anymore...it's a choice.
