This survey has not yet been given to staff. We, as a team, want to wait until closer to the end of the 3rd 9 weeks to have staff give their input on this survey. We would like to use the results of this survey to begin to make needed adjustments and modifications. While we can not accommodate every single suggestions, we would like to make the adjustments needed in order to have a smooth implementation and functioning PBIS program.
