Below is a handout I created to help staff for inputting discipline issues into out behavior tracking system. The district has purchased a behavior tracking system, but it is not set up for our PBIS tracking system. In order to correctly track students behavior, we had to modify how teachers input behavior issues to correctly reflect the PBIS Program. These directions outline to teachers how to input information, as it is different that they have been doing for many years.
