Junior League of Greater Princeton Scholarship Each year, the Junior League of Greater Princeton awards scholarships to female high school seniors who have demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and volunteerism. American Association of Blacks in Energy New Jersey Chapter Scholarship The American Association of Blacks in Energy is a professional organization of African Americans in the energy industry. Through its Scholarship Program, AABE seeks to help increase the number of underrepresented minorities in energy related fields. The Raritan Valley Road Runners’ (RVRR) Scholarship (Cross County & Track Athletes) RVRR events raise funds which are used to host future running events and to promote running. RVRR is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting running for positive physical and mental health benefits The RVRR board has created a scholarship program to help high school seniors and community college student runners, who attend school in Middlesex and Somerset counties, advance their education. It is also a way to reward, encourage, and recognize our local running youth who have achieved athletic success in the sport of running. The scholarship rewards strong academics and those who have demonstrated both citizenship and good sportsmanship. The Van Doren Scholarship (LOCAL) To be eligible for a Van Doren Scholarship, a candidate must be a resident of Somerset County who is attending or planning to attend as a full-time student an accredited four-year college or university, a two-year college, or a post-high school trade or nursing school. NJ Hall of Fame Essay Contest Who belongs in the New Jersey Hall of Fame? This annual writing contest invites NJ students in grades 3-11 to shape the future of the NJHOF by recommending potential inductees—living or dead. Nominations can include famous people or even ordinary citizens who do extraordinary things in New Jersey. Junior League of Morristown High School Voluntarism Scholarship Do you know someone who you would recommend for a $2,500 scholarship for outstanding volunteers? The Junior League of Morristown, Inc. (JLM) is offering scholarships to students who reside or attend school in Morris and Somerset counties and are planning to attend an accredited college or trade school next year. This scholarship is awarded based on the applicant’s demonstrated commitment to voluntarism. Secondary criteria include leadership, extra-curricular activities, scholastic effort and family responsibilities. Financial need is not considered. Are you a passionate advocate for social change, and committed to building a better world for all? The Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund (DPSF) awards scholarships up to $15,000 to undergraduate and graduate students who are active in social justice movements. This scholarship opportunity is open to undocumented students. The Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund states on their FAQ page that U.S. citizenship is not a requirement, “but applicants must have participated in activities in the United States and be planning to enroll in an accredited program in the US in order to apply.” To be eligible for the Davis-Putter Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

2026 NJSTRIDE Scholarship Application The New Jersey Statewide Recruitment of Diverse Educators (NJSTRIDE) is offering scholarship opportunities, which are designed to support the educational pursuits of students from under-represented groups who are accepted and intend to enroll and pursue teacher certification through an approved New Jersey educator preparation program. NJSTRIDE is honored to offer two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1,500 to high school seniors from underrepresented groups, who plan to enroll in and attend a college or university in NJ, NY, CT, PA, DE, MD or a Minority Serving Institution Nationwide (Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs). David led by example, and through his actions he demonstrated the importance of education, to open-up more opportunities. For this scholarship, candidates will need to demonstrate academic achievement, strong character, integrity, and willingness to take the lead through education. The Dune Scholarship Fund (Renewable $10,000 per year Scholarship) was established primarily to award scholarships to students that have a financial need and have a strong desire to attend college. This award will be provided to students about to graduate who have met the criteria required by The Dune Scholarship Fund Committee. The Fund plans to offer awards to graduating students, assuming all criteria has been met. If awarded, the scholarships would be for an annual amount up to $10,000 for each of 4 years.
