There is so much happening in the Youth Service Center, and it is my goal to keep everyone informed and up to date. As we head into Thanksgiving break next week, I want to share how grateful I am for our amazing students, families, and school community. I hope your family enjoys a restful, joy-filled holiday!

Please remember-the Youth Service Center remains open through most school breaks, so never hesitate to reach out if your family needs anything.

🎁Last Chance Holiday Assistance: First Baptist Church Holiday Store: 

Parents are encouraged to come without children if possible, but don’t worry—we’ll have fun activities planned for kids who do attend. Families can shop for toys, have them gift-wrapped, and get a little help carrying everything to the car. Toys are available for all ages—birth through high school. Families affected by the floods and families without documentation are warmly welcomed.

🏠Please complete the Household Income Form, KDE pulls free and reduced lunch numbers on 

Dec. 1. The YSC depends on these numbers for funding. We only have 81 students who need a completed Household Income Form. If you haven't completed a form, you received an email from me on 10/30/25. Please take a moment to complete. tps://www.myschoolapps.com/Home/PickDistrict

🩵Donations are so important to the Youth Service Center; whether they are for specific programs or the daily services provided by the YSC. Here are some specific donations needed: 

• Reusable Water Bottles (new) 

• Sweatpants - Boy Large - Mens 3XL - Black are preferred (gently used or new) 

• Hoodies - all sizes (gently used or new) 

• Adult Small-Medium T-Shirts (gently used or new)
