It is our school policy that all children wear school uniform when in school and whilst on trips. This is based on the belief that wearing a school uniform:
promotes a sense of pride in the school
gives a sense of community and belonging
is practical and smart
is not distracting in class (as fashion often items can be)
makes children feel equal to their peers in terms of appearance
It has been our aim to work in partnership with parents and governors to ensure our uniform is suitable for the children in our school, good value for money and comfortable for children to wear.

All other items of uniform can be purchased from a store of your choice as long as it is in accordance with the uniform policy.
It is important that all children come to school in the correct uniform so please do make sure that you fully understand the uniform list for your child's year group before you purchase any pieces of uniform.
For further information we have produced uniform list posters with example images of the various uniform pieces (see below).

Labels
We ask that all items of clothing are clearly labelled with the child's name. Please do not rely on written in names as these do not last long and are very hard to read after a few washes.
Over years of experience we have found that iron on, sewn in or adhesive labels are the most long lasting. Below are some links to recommended website should you wish to place an order.
