6th Grade Curriculum

6th Grade students will all have half a trimester of Visual Art and half a trimester of Theatre Art.  This is a change from past years.   These students will have fifteen classes in each discipline. 

Drama Class for our 6th graders includes:

• Introduction to Stage Basics

• Theatre Etiquette 

• Pantomime

• Puppetry

• Mask Making

• Theatre Games and Dramatic Play

Students do not need to have any prior knowledge of Drama or theatrical experience. Our goal is to strengthen communication and team building skills as well as providing a window into the world of Theatre.
