While we aim for a straightforward system, sometimes technical hiccups happen. If you're experiencing issues, please try the following tips.
Check the Cable Box: Ensure the small cable box is powered on and securely plugged into an HDMI slot on the TV. Take note of the HDMI number (e.g., HDMI1, HDMI2) it's plugged into.
Select the Correct Input: Using the physical buttons on the TV (not the remote), find the "Source" or "Input" button or menu. Navigate to and select the matching HDMI input that your cable box is plugged into.
Please note: Satellite signals can be affected by severe weather. We apologize for any inconvenience if you're experiencing a weather-related outage; these typically clear up quickly.
Check Power Connections: Make sure the TV's power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and the wall outlet. Unplug them and then plug them back in. (Please do not unplug the satellite TV box, as it takes a long time to restart.)
Locate the Power Button: Find the power button on the side or bottom of the TV itself and press it.
If the TV turns on, try turning it off with the remote. If it doesn't turn off, the remote likely needs new batteries. Please contact us for replacements.
If the issue persists after following these steps, please text or call the Innkeepers at 970-880-1593 for assistance. We'll be happy to help!
