Experiencing a technical glitch? Don't worry, here are a few simple steps to try before calling for help.
Check the Cable Box: Make sure the small cable box is on and securely plugged into an HDMI port on the back of the TV. Note which HDMI number it's plugged into (e.g., HDMI 1 or HDMI 2).
Select the Right Input:
Find the "Source" or "Input" button on the side or bottom of the TV (not on the remote).
Press this button or navigate the menu to select the matching HDMI input that your cable box is plugged into.
(Note: Severe weather can affect satellite signal. Outages are typically brief.)
Check Power: Make sure the TV's power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and the wall outlet. Unplug and replug both ends. (Please do not unplug the satellite box, as it takes a long time to restart.)
Use the Physical Button: Locate the power button on the side or bottom of the TV itself and press it.
If the TV turns on this way, but won't turn off with the remote, the remote likely needs new batteries. Please contact the Innkeepers for a replacement.
If the issue continues after trying these steps, please text or call the Innkeepers at 970-880-1593 for assistance. We're happy to help!
