To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all guests, staff, and our community, please review and adhere to the following policies during your stay at The Crest Motel in Sterling, Colorado.
The Crest Motel has been a contactless property since 2017. This means there's no front desk for check-in or check-out. You'll receive all necessary instructions via text and/or email no later than 3:00 PM on your arrival day. For same-day reservations made after 1:00 PM, instructions will be sent within one hour of booking. All charges are prepaid using the payment method provided at the time of your reservation.
Our rates are advertised per guest. Please note that unregistered overnight guests will incur a fine of $20 per person, per night.
The Crest Motel is a 100% smoke-free property, including all common areas and the parking lot. There is no designated smoking area on-site. We encourage guests who wish to smoke to take a walk around the neighborhood, ensuring they are always at least 25 feet away from any door or window. Violations of our smoking policy will result in fines ranging from $20 to $200.
Pets are not permitted on the property or in guest rooms. Service animals are welcome but must be attended to and under the owner's control at all times. Violations of our animal policy will incur fines ranging from $50 to $200.
A refundable $100 security deposit will be authorized on your payment method on file on your arrival day. This authorization will be released within 24 hours of your departure, provided no additional fees are incurred. Please allow 3-10 banking days for the full release of funds to appear on your statement.
We provide light housekeeping based on your occupancy:
3 or more guests: Daily light housekeeping.
2 guests: Light housekeeping every two days.
1 guest: Light housekeeping every three days.
Full housekeeping is required at these intervals:
2+ guests: Every 6-8 days.
1 guest: Every 9-10 days.
For the safety and security of all our guests, The Crest Motel maintains a "Travelers Only" policy. This means we are unable to accommodate local residents or non-traveling guests.
For your safety and security, audio and video surveillance is ongoing in the common areas of the property.
The Crest Motel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during your stay.
Any fines incurred will be applied to the payment method on file, unless alternative deposit arrangements have been made prior to your arrival.
