Uniform Distribution & Exchange Policy for Parents / Carers

DISTRIBUTION EVENT 15th July 2020

· Please can all parents / carers / students arrive at school at your allocated time, provided by the school.

· This event is for collection of your free uniform bundle only. We are not permitted to allow trying on of the uniform, this must be done at home.

· There will also be no purchasing of further items at this event.

· Only one person per family will be allowed to enter the school’s premises at one time.

· Where possible please wear a face mask and ensure social distancing at all times.

· Please follow the guidance of staff at the event to ensure adherence to social distancing and an efficient distribution of the pupil packs.

· If you didn't order within the deadline given by the school your parcel will not be at the main distribution event, a new date will be given in time for the collection from the school. (To be confirmed)

EXCHANGE EVENT 16th July 2020

· If you require to exchange an item for sizing, you must retain the original packaging with hangers and tags, please ensure care is taken when trying on at home to ensure these are still in place.

· You will have been given the date of exchanges which will take place at the school the day after you have picked up your uniform bundle.

· If a person from your household cannot attend the exchange event we advise that you ask somebody else to attend as there will be no further events for exchanges.

· Parents must ensure they know what size they require in exchange, either a smaller or larger size. No trying on will be allowed on the day.

· If the size you require is not available on the day, we will take your details and send to your home address or to the school, you will be advised near the time.
