I use Google Sheets to create spreadsheets and sort data. I would love to be able to use it for formulas and to create charts and graphs but I'm still learning how to use the formulas and create them. I use Google Sheets to create Group Lesson Plans, counselor schedule, checklists, survey results, conference list, book lists, etc. See a few examples below.
