June 22, 2026
2:00–3:00 pm | Activity 1: Surfacing Tensions and Applying Frameworks
Participants will work to identify key tensions in their own AI-related work related to children’s digital well-being. Participants will then share and document theoretical frameworks, conceptual tools, or design approaches they have found useful in navigating these tensions.
3:00–3:15 pm | Coffee Break
3:15–3:30 pm | AI Use-Case Demos
Two brief demonstrations of AI technologies relevant to children’s everyday lives (e.g., AI for play, creative expression, learning, or family contexts), contributed by workshop participants. These demos will serve as concrete anchors for subsequent analysis and discussion.
3:30–4:00 pm | Group Presentations and Synthesis
Groups will present their main insights, tensions, and guiding questions while organizers facilitate cross-group synthesis to identify recurring themes and points of divergence.
