To improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength and endurance.
You must choose two of the following three activities:
1. Exercise for 30 minutes. The exercises are of your choice.( You must document your work out plan)
2. Play a sport on your wii for at least 30 minutes(must be moving)
3. Go outside and play for 30 minutes.
Your parent must sign a paper stating that you completed your assignment of two of the above.
Remember: You have 2 weeks from the snow day to complete this assignment. When you have completed your assignment, you are to return your signed paper!
