To improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength and endurance.
Students,
You must choose one of the following two activities:
1. Exercise for 30 minutes. The exercises are of your choice but must include 1 cardiovascular activity, 1 strength and endurance activity for your legs, and 1 muscular strength and endurance activity for your arms.( You must document your work out plan)
2. Vacuum all the carpets in your house.
Your parent must sign a paper stating that you completed your assignment of one of the above.
Remember: You have 2 weeks from the snow day to complete this assignment. When you have completed your assignment, you are to return your signed paper and assignment to me!
