Hey Pathfinders! We made it!! We finished our study of economics. Whew. Hopefully, as you watch the news, and hear about the economy, you will hear some of those terms in use... This week, we are moving on to a study of the US Constitution. This is my FAVORITE topic of the year, and I so wish we were in class together to study it! So, please feel free to reach out to me with all your questions. I absolutely LOVE to talk about the Constitution...
I will also be adding some videos to our Google classroom stream that may help you see the significance and importance of these Amendments to our Constitution. Watch for some scenarios and give me your opinions....
Have a great week! Mrs. Goss
Hey Pathfinders! This week will be a short "research" project. You will be choosing one of the five main climate types to research (links have been provided) and fill out a graphic organizer with your research. Then you will make a slides presentation, brochure, or poster displaying your research.
Monday - Look over the Unit Sheet and then choose the climate type you want to research. Sign up on Google Classroom. You must choose one that has not already been taken. So you will have to look at your classmate's responses. If they have all been taken then you can pick one a second time, but one can’t be chosen a third time until they all have 2, etc.
Tuesday & Wednesday - Research your chosen climate type and complete the graphic organizer that was shared on Google Classroom.
Thursday & Friday - Create your presentation, brochure, or poster of your information. All of the information from your graphic organizer must be included in your finished product. There will be a template slides presentation shared on Google Classroom that you can use or you can create your own from scratch. Have fun with this and be creative! Make sure to turn in your finished product on Google Classroom. We will be using them next week, so they really need to be done by Sunday, May 3rd.
As always if you have any questions, email me.
FYI in our Google Meet on Thursday we will be imploding aluminum cans, so tune in at 10:00 or the "Sleepyhead Edition" at 1:00.
Love you!
