The Center for Urban Research at the City University of New York has mapped the census tracts that were in the bottom 20% for Census mail return rates in 2010, and as can be seen below, several of these tracts were in Forsyth County.
The US Census Bureau has provided an interactive map showing communities that are at the highest risk for being undercounted in this upcoming Census. A map of Forsyth County is displayed below, with darker tracts indicating a higher risk of under count. The majority of these census tracts are concentrated in eastern Winston-Salem.
