Getting up to speed

  • FinalForms - Must be completed by athlete and parent before athlete is allowed to practice

  • Pay-to- Play - Has to be done before athlete is allowed to complete

  • Alternate Transportation Form - these can be handed in to the athletic office or emailed to karenbraun@foresthills.edu

  • OHSAA Physical Form  - it is best practice to keep a digital copy of the completed forms and upload a copy directly to FinalForms.  Our team policy is that coaches will not handle physicals.

  • Email - I send a weekly email where I attempt to cover all of the important information you will need for theweek

  • GroupMe - We will use this for more timely communication

• Uniform Assignments - 

  • Once you have been assigned a uniforms, it is your responsibility to turn the uniform you were issued
