Lauren is a second-year student in Fordham's Mental Health Counseling program. She grew up in Seattle, WA and received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder. Lauren began her professional journey in the technology industry. However, amidst the challenges of the global pandemic, her dedication to self-discovery led her to follow a calling — the pursuit of a career in counseling. One of Lauren’s missions is to empower others to embrace their authentic lights by working with instead of against the many parts of themselves. She puts this into practice in her internship at MTZ Counseling — a private practice in Downtown Manhattan. Lauren's deepest passion lies in connecting with others and is enthusiastic about building lasting relationships with her fellow MHC peers.

Hi my name is Brooke Vituli. I am a first-year Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Fordham. I grew up in Marlboro, New Jersey and recently graduated from the University of Georgia where I majored in Human Development and Family Science. During my time as an undergraduate I was the president of Phi Upsilon Omicron, a National Honors Society for the College of Family and Consumer Sciences at the University of Georgia. I also completed an internship at the ASPIRE Clinic where I learned the different facets of counseling and gained clinical exposure. Both of these leadership positions showed me the importance of teamwork, community, and mental well-being. In my free team I love baking, watching rom-coms, and going on scenic walks around New York City. I am excited to continue my passion for mental health by being a part of the Student Relations and Activities leadership team for SAM.
