Leki received some vocational training at Drak-Tsho Vocational Training Center in Bhutan (a civil society organization). The ESRC-GCRF project is also supporting her in employment at the Chey Chey Sanitary Pad factory, as well as other work for her family and her community. Leki has found customized work that has suited her needs, skills, and interests.
