Action
Some unmet needs of this injustice are people's lack of education in the subject. My action plan will help educate those on the topic and allow for people to understand the injustice and why it is so important. I will make people aware that there are barely a quarter of women producing and directing compared to men. I will have a day where I show two or three clips from women produced and directed projects and information about my social justice issue.
What have I done?
The clips will be at least 30 minutes all together and I will provide snacks for the people who come. This will be for a small group of people who are interested in my social justice issue and they can come and go as they please. I will create a flier with different links to videos and organizations for the people who come. When they arrive, there will be a pre-survey on their general knowledge and feelings on the topic. And when they leave, there will be a post-survey on what they learned and how/if their feelings changed while being there.

Working to have more 18,19,20, and 21 year old girls interning on movies to get more hands on experience
