The mission of this project is to educate people on the different inequalities women face in Hollywood. Women in Hollywood have been facing these inequalities since the beginning of Hollywood. Women are paid less, have less job opportunities, and less recognition.

The social justice issue I picked is the inequality between men and women in Hollywood. I’ve always loved the performing arts and wanted to find out all of the opportunities men and women have in Hollywood. I’ve taken an interest in this career field, possibly for my future. When I was researching I found that men outnumber women 4-1 in roles such as director and cinematography.
