My name is Emmerson Finnigan in the Class of 2024. My capstone project is Social Media's Negative Effects on Teenage Girls' Mental Health. I chose this topic because right now in this day and age social media has a huge effect on this generation, positively and negatively, especially on teenage girls. This topic stood out to me because I am a teenage girl and seeing all this stuff happen to girls my age is very upsetting and I want to try and help this stop happening.
