太平洋とインド洋がダイナミックに結合するインド太平洋は、世界の安定と繁栄のエンジンです。
安倍晋三総理が「自由で開かれたインド太平洋」（FOIP）を提唱し10年が経ちます。自由で開かれた、豊かで活力ある海を育てていくバトンは、私たちの目の前にあります。FOIP+は、国を超えた繋がり、垣根を超えた対話、次世代への応援を通じて、自由で開かれたインド太平洋の未来に「プラス」を目指す有志のプロジェクトです。
「自由で開かれたインド太平洋」の国際的な促進と発展に貢献する若い世代の研究、アイディア、活動を「安倍晋三賞」として表彰します。
第一回 安倍晋三賞の募集期間は、2026年4月1日-9月18日、発表予定は2026年10月です。多数の応募をお待ちしています。
自由で開かれたインド太平洋の国際的な促進と発展に向け、民間・研究ネットワークが国境を超えて繋がり、より多くの国や地域、テーマに裾野を広げ、対話を重ねると同時に、次世代の研究者を育成する企画を開催します。
「FOIP+対話2026 Beyond the First Decade」はオンライン・英語の国際会議形式で、2026年10月17日、18日の開催を予定しています。

｜安倍晋三賞・FOIP+奨励賞の選考について
安倍晋三賞の論文募集には、17の国・地域から多数のご応募をいただきました。ご応募いただいた皆様に、心より御礼申し上げます。選考委員会による厳正な審査の結果、最終選考に進んだ6論文を「FOIP+ Featured Papers」として選出しました。
さらに、この6論文の中から、「安倍晋三賞（The Abe Shinzo Award）」および「FOIP+奨励賞（FOIP+ Honorable Mention）」を選定しました。受賞者および受賞論文は、2026年10月17日（土）開催の「FOIP+ Dialogue 2026」にて正式に発表する予定です。
