Storia - This is an excellent eBook tool as well that also has leveled reading geared for your student. I use Storia because it also will challenge students in their reading comprehension skills. Your student has a specific class account that is passed out at the beginning of school.
Epic - This is another reading tool that challenges your students to reach their full reading potential. Epic has specific reading levels for each student. Students will have their own login passed out at the beginning of the year.

Google Docs - Students will be encouraged to write and type most of their work. This is in preperation for state testing, middle, high-school and eventually college.
Typing Agent - This is a great program the students use in Technology to practice typing skills. Practicing these skills will help transitioning to computer-based writing easier.
Google Slides - Students use this tool for presenting information they are researching. Students can use their student login to access by clicking on their "Waffle."
Digital/Personal Notebook
Prodigy - Prodigy is geared for students and their specific needs in math. As a teacher I am able to increase their levels based on their practice and performance. In class this is typically used as one of our math practice rotations.
Splash Math - This technology is provided to students for extra practice in specific areas assigned to students by the teacher.
Freckle Education - Students have their own login. They use this platform for assignments and technology station.
DreamBox - Games geared for what we are learning in class. Students will use this as a technology station program.
Mr. Wolf's Math Games - These are games that focus on math practice. Practice makes progress.
Cool Math 4 Kids - This has a variety of practice games that allow students to practice what they already know.
Learn Zillion Student Login - This has assigned videos for exactly the standards we are covering.
Exploding Dots Game - This is an excellent way to practice math. It has a challenging perspective.
Discovery Tech Book - Students will use this to navigate through our lessons. We use this as a tool to supplement their learning. It is also full of rich additional information. Students login using their student Google account.

All of these sites encourage students to be innovative and use what they know in the core subjects to problem-solve. Some of these sites also use coding practice for 21st-century learners. We will integrate many of these into our lessons. These sites will be available here for extra practice or if they would like to create and submit projects on their own. Scratch - This is a site created by M.I.T. students to help students learn how to code. We have a class code for this site.
Autodraw - Encouraging students to create digital drawings and using their own drawings in their presentations.
Piskel - Students can create animated sprites for presentations or projects.
Sketchpad - This is an excellent tool for graphic design beginners. Innovators can use this tool to create drawings for projects or presentations.
Emaze Presentations - Creating presentations that are innovative, creative and use different types of media.
Thunkable - Creating your own app.
Tinkercad.com - 3D design. Most designs can be printed on a 3D printer.
